Holiday Season weeks are the three weeks from approximately December 15th to January 5th each year. A one week minimum stay is required. Booking both Christmas and New Years requires a two week stay. All other times of year are Standard Season and require a minimum two night stay.
We collect 12.42% occupancy taxes for the State of Hawaii. This rate will increase to 13.42% on July 1, 2010
The out cleaning fee covers housekeeping costs for cleaning each accommodation after your departure.

Occupancy |
Occupancies shown are the maximum number of guests permitted per unit., Rates quoted are for the number of guests sleeping in beds. There is a $20 per night charge for each additional guest sleeping on a convertible couch or inflatable bed. Please advise number of additional guests so that bedding, linens and towels can be provided. |

Minimum Stays |
There is a two night minimum stay except during Holiday Season, which requires a one week stay. Holiday Season occurs during the three weeks each year from approximately December 15th to January 5th and includes Christmas week and New Years week. Reserving both Christmas and New Years requires a two week stay. |

Confirmed Reservations |
Reservations are considered confirmed once a credit card number is received. Rates are subject to change until the reservation is confirmed. |

24 Hour Hold |
With the receipt of your credit card number, we would be happy to place a twenty four hour hold on any accommodation to allow sufficient time to arrange air transportation. Your credit card will not be charged until you call back with confirmed airline reservations. |

Smoking |
By Hawaii State law, smoking is not allowed in any guest room or covered lanai. However, in our desire to accommodate guest needs, we ask that you discretely use our outdoor areas. |

Taxes |
In addition to the rates shown, an 12.42% occupancy tax is collected for the State of Hawaii. |
